What if . . . God doesn't see us in different churches, but sees our city as one church? What if . . . God's main concern is not for the well but for the broken, oppressed and destitute? What if . . . the fullness of God's work in our city can only be accomplished through the willing participation of obedient leaders who are committed to work and pray together regardless of denomination or race? What if . . . we commit to meet together regularly and ask God how we can unite to reach the people in our city for Him? What if . . . when we meet we also encourage one other, committing to be real and transparent with one another, resisting the temptation to impress each other with our abilities, accomplishments or the size of our ministry? What if . . . We simply love God together, serve one another as one church body and commit to unite to reach out to the people in our city for Him?

I attended the Joe Williams/YWAM street ministry that I have been involved in for several years and ran into Mike Comiskey a friend of mine. He recently stepped down from being the Sr Pastor at Consuming Fire.
