Mayor Ruben Abrica of EPA at Starbucks

Had a meeting with the mayor early in the day at the Hispanic leaders committee that he formed in East Palo Alto. The purpose of the committee is to gather forces to accomplish the task at hand and to pour into the lives of the community.
